Yoga for Adults
In my Adult Yoga classes, I provide a welcoming and adaptable environment where individuals of all ages and fitness levels—from young adults to those well into their 90s—can experience the transformative benefits of yoga.
With Hatha Yoga as the foundation, I blend elements of Vinyasa for flow and Iyengar techniques to help students reach each pose comfortably and safely. Each session is tailored to the unique energy and needs of the group, offering variations and modifications that honor each person's abilities and experience.

My approach focuses on building strength, flexibility, and mental clarity, guiding students at their own pace. Every class incorporates breathwork and meditation, which enhance relaxation, reduce stress, and deepen the connection between body and mind.
Through mindful movement and breath, I aim to cultivate balance, resilience, and well-being, allowing each student to carry these benefits into their daily life.


Yoga for Women -
Pre and Postnatal
As a mother and wellness coach, I am deeply committed to supporting women through their unique prenatal and postnatal journeys by helping them build physical strength, emotional resilience, and mental clarity.
My coaching is personal and tailored to help women navigate the physical and emotional challenges of motherhood. I provide a holistic approach that integrates emotional intelligence, yoga, meditation, and mindfulness, assisting with techniques for labor, post-delivery care, nutrition, and core work for recovery and strength. I support my female clients by offering empathetic guidance and practical insights on women's physical and mental health, from adolescence through pregnancy into motherhood.
Additionally, I help women transition back to work, offering strategies for finding work-life balance and maintaining harmony in their professional and personal lives. My goal is to empower women to find balance, prioritize their well-being, and embrace their inner strength through every stage of life.
Yoga for Children
As a mother of two lovely daughters, I understand the importance of emotional intelligence in helping children manage their stress, stay focused, and build resilience during these challenging times.
My Children's Yoga program promotes both physical and mental well-being by integrating Yoga, meditation, pranayama, and emotional intelligence practices tailored for children.
With a strong commitment to supporting young minds and bodies, I am passionate about introducing children to mindfulness and healthy lifestyle habits early on. My approach helps kids build emotional resilience, manage stress, set healthy boundaries, and embrace their individual strengths.
This holistic approach aligns with parents and caregivers who want a nurturing environment where their children can grow and thrive with confidence and self-awareness.
