Health & Nutrition

Coaching

My Health & Nutrition Coaching program is a reflection of my deep passion for holistic well-being. I bring together 13 years of expertise in yoga with a comprehensive approach to nutrition, stress management, and emotional health. Through this program, I help individuals achieve their personal health and wellness goals.

Born and raised in India, I’ve been immersed in yoga from a young age, and I incorporate yoga, meditation, breathwork,  mindful nutrition and ayurveda to support individuals in addressing both physical and emotional health.

Understanding that everyone’s journey is unique, I empower clients to cultivate self-awareness and resilience, enabling them to explore and address various aspects of life that need attention.

Together, we create a tailored approach to help individuals develop healthier lifestyles and achieve long-term balance.
